CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND DESPATCH

Despatch guidelines

At present, persons living in the EU, Lichtenstein, Norway or in Switzerland can make purchases from our online shop. 
Should you reside in another country please use the Contact Form. 

Confirmation of order

The recept of your order is confirmed by an automatically generated electronic mail. Orders received by 12 noon will be handled the same day. Orders received after 12 noon, the following working day. (In this case Austria Bank Holidays will apply)

Collection

The goods will stay reserved for your collection for 3 working days following the telephone/electronical confirmation of order. If it not possible for you to collect the goods within this time then please inform us otherwise. 

Delivery 

After processing your order the goods will be transferred as quickly as possible to one of our logistic partners so you can receive them without delay.

We will then supply the confirmation of despatch together with tracking number and a copy of the invoice as a PDF file.

Cost of Shipping

The following examples of shipment are dependant on package size, weight and destination. In the case of a variety of mixed ordered items then the higher tariffs will apply. Please be aware that cross boarder deliveries of building materials, garden items and foodstuffs could incure additional duties e.g. customs, taxes etc. which are to by borne by the customer.

Delivery time

Delivery of items in stock usually takes 1 – 2 working days (add 1 day for Germany) after advanced payment e.g. from the date recept of payment is confirmed by our monetary institute. The delivery times indicated in our online shop are related to the delivery times received from our suppliers. Our team will notify you immediately should these change.

Delivery time within the EU and International:

The delivery duration of a package is between 3 to 7 working days
